About a year ago the Austrian/Spanish singer & songwriter Clara Blume moved to San Francisco, California, to pursue her music career in the U.S. For the past fifteen years, Clara has been writing her own songs and performing with renowned musicians from all over the world to international recognition. Her songwriting in English and Spanish culminated in her critically-acclaimed and award-nominated debut album,Here Comes Everything. While promoting her music, Clara appeared several times on national television and was invited to tour through Europe and the U.S. Blume’s recent compositions masterfully unite the genres World and Indie, where Spanish chanson meets traditional songwriting.
Her voice awakens memories of the haunting expression of one Lhasa de Sela, while her musical arrangements evoke the cinematic scope of Rodrigo Amarante. On this occasion Clara will perform songs from her soon-to-be released second record together with her production team – the acclaimed Indie Producer Alexander Nefzger playing keys and the accordion as well as Co-Producer and guitar virtuoso Marcus Pristernik on the guitar and banjo.
