The 26th of May is a celebratory day that will be remembered in collective sock memory. Single socks have long live a marginalized existence at the edge of sock society. We are here to change this with the first official Vienna Sock Exchange! Because every sock is unique, every sock is worth of appreciation and every single sock is beautiful! I mean they really are.
The inauguratory event will pass through three stages: First the Admission, which is based on the admitees ability to produce a single sock at the door. Entrance is free, but donations to cover the costs of the event are appreciated. Second there will be a single sock dating show with audience participants. Then we will have a sock fashion show and finally a social gathering with participatory sock games, such as sock memory and a sock tournament.
